I'm wondering why I come here when, for example, I notice that AoC has dropped .2 points in the last 12 hours. So I check out the reviews and I notice not long ago there was a very large slew of 1% ratings on everything. I check the posters.. sure enough nearly each one of them had between 0 and 2 posts.

Why do I come here again?

yeah pretty sad that all the AOC haters are mad cause they dont have a game to play so they make accounts on here to bring the rating down on the game. people that do that need to get a life.

AoC fanboi's have given a 7.3 for customer service, need I say more?

I've alway found that the scrubs that use the system, see above, always are the ones that cry bloody murder when it is then used against them.

Only had to use CS one time so far , I fell through the tavern floor in tortage and ended up in water stuck beneath the building . Only took about 5-8 minutes after submitting a petition to be answered  about 30 seconds later I was teleported to the tortage gate . So if I were to give a review on this site , Would a 7toward cs be unfair in your opinion? Or did you not even attempt to think maybe someone had a different expereince than the one you had?

Well we might be masochists, but still. It is very funny to read all this crap. Financial analysis for Funcom's stock. Accurate information about subscription numbers. Future predictions on the progress of AoC. All these backed up by reliable information and presented to you by extremely intelligent ppl. And all that for free. Man you know how much you would have to pay to Reuters to get the same info?

You actually give mmorpg.com games rating credibilty ?

Peoples make numerous accounts to either rate game they hate all 1's, or 10's for those they like.

MMORPG.COM being paid by developpers to review their games.

Personally i just come here for the forums and news.

Now that i do agree with you on the people who do that need to get a life, I know for a fact that a lot of negative feedback is based on playing the game(me since beta till release and 1 month till now which my account is closed) The game was not ready plain and simple.

You will have fanbois and you will have haters.

I think his point was more that these forums are a joke, the entire website. Theres no requirements to post anything, never will be, how can they, but it leaves us with all of the garbage, good or bad, regardless of how you take it, it's still garbage. It was enough for me to stop logging in but once a week lol. I don't even care about the contests anymore, this place burned me out on forums altogether. I don't really care who disagrees with my posts or what i think is a stupid thread, fact remains the last month or two, this place has become a breathing joke to me and thinking about logging in just doesnt feel anywhere close to good.

Agreed with the OP...I used to love being a part of this community, but as time goes on theres so many haters and so many trolls that do things like this just to discourage others from trying it out.
