I'm enjoying EQ2, I've had a lot of fun grouping dungeons such as Fallen gate and The Ruins of Varzoon but I kind of out grew them, So being a level 30 my next should be Runnyeye. I know you could go there around my level but I feel that I should be around 32 or so to start.

So my question is :

1) Whats more fun to solo quest, The Enchanted lands or Zek ?

2) Anything else to do that I could be missing ?

Since I'm new to the area's I plan on looking for a likeminded friend to quest with to maximize the fun and exp.

Crushbone server seems to be populated well, and so far I'm having fun, with the two month's free !

Normally, we do not so much look at things as overlook them.

If you havent done the Butcherblock mountains yet try them, the quests should still yield xp, and the next step from there in Faydwer is steamfont mountains.   Try both zek and the enchanted lands though if you want, I ended up doing a bit of quests from both.

As far as whats more fun between those its hard to say, Ive leveled characters several times doing those zones and both are somewhat dull to me already, but if you have tried neither you may like the enchanted lands more since its a more vibrant location and not as drab.

View all problems as challenges. Look upon negativities that arise as opportunities to learn and to grow. Don't run from them, condemn yourself, or bury your burden in saintly silence. You have a problem? Great. More grist for the mill. Rejoice, dive in, and investigate.

I personally enjoyed Enchanted Lands more than Zek, but you should try both.

Wizards First Rule: People are Stupid.

I found Zek to be a little more difficult at lower 30's level, so i quested in the Enchanted lands till about 34 or 35 then caught up on the Zek quests.
