Recently I recieved and e-mail reinviting me to play with a special price because I was a beta player. This is great if its true, but I could not reactivate my beta account last september. I then set up a trial and was able to upgrade that account fine. I have three 10th level characters on my beta account and would consider resubing "IF" i could do it with my original beta account. If not well I'll probably pass this up. anyone know if i can reactivae my beta account. I don't have the option on "my account" page at Turbines site and I do have an active ddo subscription there already. -Dailus |

I don't see why not? Try calling tem I'm sure they could fix it. If not level 10 is pretty easy to get to, you should come back either way. |

Well it really comes down to three things... 1.) I like to have both my accounts under the same page on turbines site. 2.) I want to keep my characters names from the beta account. 3.) "Dailus" has been my screen name for over 10 yrs for various online games. I like people to know who I am so its easier to meet up with old friends from other games. That pretty much sums it up. I already play ddo most of the time, but its nice to have a second choice loaded on my pc should the mood strike me, and 9.99 makes that second title worth it. "IF" I can be me. -Dailus |

I have played a lot of open betas, and they always wipe before official launch.
If it is that big a concern, contact LOTRO customer support. |

I dont think you are talking about beta.. the world tour or whatever it was called was a pre-release where all characters were capped at 15 in US (was a bit different in EU) so the characters should be there and you should be ableto acctivate your avcount with the reduced pricing! |
