This guy really doesn't have a clue... LOL. Saying WoW and LOTRO are like McDonalds and AOC is like Steak and Wine? Well... he didn't specify what kind of steak and wine. I'm thinking Riunite and cube steak. Will someone please let this Gaute guy know that you should NEVER serve wine before it's time. And if you're gonna promise good wine... don't serve Koolaid. |

At least I can be in and out of McDonald's very quickly. If Funcom is steak and wine I'll be sittin in the chair waiting for hours and hours before it comes...if at all! |

AoC is fun, but it's not all that polished. It also has it's own share of problems and weaknesses. A truer comparison might be McDonalds and Wendys. I don't think any MMO is serving steak at the moment. |

So, WoW and LotRO are being compared to McDonalds.... that makes AoC a greasy cafe surrounded by factories thats been closed down by Health & Safety. Good going Gaute!

Gaute is so full of himself. He releases a pos game, and tries to put down 2 games that are doing well (I knwo wow is doing well, im guessing LotRO is to) to make his look better. AoC is the kind of steak you trim off and give to the dogs or put in the compost pile. |

It seems he is refering to Gautes horrid comparison, not Gaute's business savy. His business savy is why a half ass game can be released and you still have fanbois defending it like it was their retarded child. |

Eh what??
Ive tried to be nice about AoC in my posts but now.... If you just have released the most hyped MMO and failing to deliver most of what was promied in a finished state.. then you shouldnt, as a game director (or whatever) bash the 2 MMOs that was actually finished at release...
If LotrO is like to McDonalds for burger then AoC is like going to a skanky strip club where you dont even whant to know what te burgers are made of and the place is full of brawling rednecks drunk on home made beer.. but the sign outside says its a fancy restaurant with nice food and drinks and beautifull women... yea the strippers may look good from a distance but the itch you wake up with wont go away... and yea.. I rather go to McDonalds :)
