Yes, now please welcome Vlad Vlad.

I was just going over each MMO I have ever played and was thinking about all the good and bad in them. Then i got to thinking what would be my perfect MMO and I came to this conclusion :D

I would take Lord of the Rings Onlien graphics, area design and character models, Vanguards huge seamless world, DDO dungeon design / traps, POTBS Ship combat and crew and Probably DDOs combat. Would also take Vanguards classes : D

For Crafting I would probably take Vanguards way of doing things and also their diplomacy system and SWG Housing!

To me that would the perfect MMO :D Why can't some developer just take all the good things about those MMOs and make one perfect game ; [

Good quests, loads of activities you can do, low level differentiation so pvp gap is low and people don't have 'barriers to grouping', npcs with character that everyone can recognize, appealling world to explore, enjoyable crafting, option to solo but not overly easy, maybe a combo combat system, freedom to select your moral path- what faction you are aligned with etc, involving activities perhaps that aren't grouping or raiding..

What I posted on another topic but also I'll say:

AC2 World+ Everquest depth+ DDOish kind of structure(low level divide and ease to grouping)+some other stuff..

Pre CU SWG with a mix of CU ranged perks and quests (minus legacy...god i hate those) from the NGE, in depth space and death penalties like in EVE.

Its all in my head, but way too complex to write down.  But it would be closer to EVE than any other current MMO.

To me, the perfect MMO would be one where I have total freedom of doing what I want and where I want, total freedom of which skills I want to gather and the choice of getting all of them if I want, regardless of my race. Also, an MMO where the community would be as friendly in the game as out of the game and not acting stupid or like dumbasses.

By the way, I have found this game.

Please feel free to leave a message.

My image of a perfect MMO, sadly, is more like a MMORTS than a MMORPG - that probably won't be out for a while. :(
