If you were in charge of a marketing campaign for a new game, and you wanted to contact MMORPG.com about placing your game on the site, as well as setting up a "prize give away", what would be the best way about?

I figure emailing their support would probably be the most obvious answer, but would probably include a long wait, as well as a chance of not being taken seriously. Is there any other/better way to contact them?
