With 3 70's in WoW...I play many other mmos.

have  a 70 holy priest, 70 affliction lock, 70 frost mage.

I bought this game and truely appreciate many aspects and differences compared to WoW.

If the expansion had been released I might not have written this.

Just wanna hear from you why you wouldn't try this game knowing graphics/combat/sound are far superior?

Majority can not play this game because they lack the computer to play it.  So i would say that answers your question for the majority of WoW players because they do not need to upgrade their computer worth a damn.

I also have a 70 frost mage but I decided to quit. I downloaded WotLK Beta and tried it, and I can say that it is  worse then BC. The Landscape is extreamly rubish and such. But if you feel like playing with 14 Death Knights in your raid, go ahead ^.^

na most betaed it and it wasnt to what they hoped but there making very important move (at least to us gamer)mainly in the last 2 update like a bit of pvp and a little less bug

i do hope they dont stop there cause they got to remember this is an online game it means its supposed to interract with other through either ganking rule pvp-questing and all the evil ,neutral and good event  that can happen in a game.(evil grin)

I don't hold it against anyone if they have nothing better to do or for some reason still enjoy the game, but for me...

Sitting on my ass to run instnaces, farm mobs 1000s of times over so i can be grinding 1000 more badges, more gems, more enchant mats, another set of pvp gear, another monotonous 10 levels, and yet another set of raid bosses for the fancy new over sized T7 shoulders.... no thanks.

I need a fresh new game to play, something where i enjoy everything i'm doing.   Am enjoying a lot of the aspects of this game so far.  I am happy with my purchase thus far.

ya your right about that i got an 8800 gt and i can say that my computer is working overtime just to generate the game can you imagine playing it lol

they probably will have to put some flex in this game graphic

top end is perfect choice but low end isnt even close to be low enoughnot with 48 other crasy horse this game will lag a lot if they dont correct their target graphic

can you add utra-low and extreme -low setting on this game youy will need it

The opposite actually. The latest content is old already and with WLK still a ways off AoC was appealing just so to avoid having to run another set of boring daily quests for gold, rep, etc that I don't need anyway.

Plus I'm not really enjoying the general direction that WoW is moving in as far as PvP vs PvE content. The changes to raiding that were introduced with TBC have just gotten worse I feel that guilds and the social aspect of playing has suffered as a result.

Trust me, stick with WoW if you've got 70's, just buy WOTLK.

I quit playing WoW, and I'm not really interested in going back, but if I had to choose between AOC and WoW right now, it's no contest.

AOC is only going downhill.

The MMO genre needs innovators. People not afraid to deviate from the "WoW is an ATM machine" mentality and think outside the box to make something truly different and fun. I'm sick of paying $50 for virtual treadmills.

Why do you say that? I've been playing AOC and they patch more frequently than anyone.

Honesty is the best policy, but insanity is a better defense.

Is wraith of the lich king preventing you trying this game

No, but the current state of the game will make me unfreeze my wow account for WOTLK if not fixed soon.

Every new mmo patches frequently after launch, just because they have to patch a lot now (to get the fixes out asap), does not mean that they will continue to do so down the line.
