This goonforum thread shows that they're a bunch of hackers/cheaters/racists and proud of it.  Most of them have gotten banned already.  I'm pretty sure the GM was a bit stricter on them because of that fact. 

well i dont know the all story but i wont be surprised if this guild and 4chan guild all they did was griefing lower lvl players,i don't mean just gank here and there but probably whole guild just group and gank ALL the time,if this was the case then i'm happy the GM told them to stop.

and yea i play on PVE server,even though i like PVP,assholes like this can ruin your game .

that thread was created to get everyone riled up. They didn't get banned and there isn't a man with the code name of Steven working for Funcom as a Goon spy hehe

Wow.

I don't like griefer BS but that is the game funcom made.  If this is even close to accurate, just plain wow.  Are they retarded?

Why do you want them to leave? FFA PvP servers are for just that purpose,and those kind of tactics are allowed on the server. Why should the "other players" ruin the fun for the "big group of morons"? It's a 2 way street.

Urgh..?  If this is indeed true, and any of these GMs were on UO when it first launched, almost the entire population of each server would have been banned.

Granted, I'm not playing the game atm (waiting for the 360 version, ...err maybe?)  but seriously, if they have such a big problem with this then it is completely their fault for not implementing some way to protect against it.

You don't punish people for your design flaws.  Exploits?  Sure.  Your own design flaws?  No.

It's not like no MMOs have implemented ways to protect against spawn camping/etc..  And the part about not using multiple people...lol...I don't know what to say.  And I didn't used to like pvp that much, aside from early UO, but that is just totally sorry, if true

Hope FC makes the bad GM go away... it's a pvp game after all, however as for foul language use there should be a limit, but then again it's a gory mess and if I happen to wack a guy and he's ranting about it let him get out his aggression. Some has a need to use foul language when skills doesn't match the opponent.

There is several other mmo's where GM's have made critical mistakes and even interfered because they took things personal. GM's job is to follow company rules but seems like in some cases they're out on a limb.
