When I click the button 'Upgrade My Subscription' on the account page, if I choose 'Create a new subscription' will I not be able to use the mammoth and cape that I have got on my pre-order account which I have not upgraded with a retail key?  That's the only option on which I can find the gamecard as a payment option :(
