Age of Conan

Rarely have I ever seen a game world that is so full of detail and atmosphere. The landscapes you traverse are breathtaking and I wish to share them with any who wish to see them. I have mostly been through the valley in my Cimmerian home and that alone has been wrought with crisp icy mountains, torches blazing in the night, villages set afire, Frost giants in their fortresses, Vanir ambushing Cimmerians, and a whole lot of blood! The highest mountain peaks, the swimming of rivers and waterfalls, the cliffs and sights. It's a hell of a place to be.  Welcome to Hyboria.

The axe is one possible reward for your destiny quest on Tortage, its still better than the drops ive recieved even at 30.

Nice, what sort of performance do you get with that card? My laptop geforce 8400 gt is pretty appalling, even with 512 memory.

I get virtually no lag most of the time. I have the details all on just about highest and when I do hit lag, i just turn off bloom or set anti-alising to 2x or just decrease the view range slightly. Great game, good fun! Oh and try setting the memory texture cache on options to full, I hear thats mostly for laptops.

This game just keeps getting better and better.. I set out into the Wilds with a light load of tasks to acomplish, but along the way I ended up going on completely different adventures and enjoying the hell out of them. I was in the border range when I came upon a black rock with the frozen corpses of dragons in it! I then saw that a scroll was on that rock. I first was swarmed by deadites, but then I sent some of their ghostly remains packing to the underworld! I was finally thinking id get that scroll.. well there were fifteen ghostly sentinels waiting for me on the rock. I gave a cry, leapt forward and grabbed the scroll, barreling through them, then leapt off the rock, I ran, I fell.. but I got the scroll.

Now let me tell you the greatest part about that scroll theft.. I am traversing the lands later, scroll in my satchel, when three ghostly spirits appear out of  the etheral air and strike at me in an attempt to end my life for the scroll, they were known as the guardians of the scroll. Very cool! I can't tell you how many times Conan in the animated series stole something only to be persued relentlessly by the guradians of the object. Love it!

Ready the ships! We're going to Stygia! I just obtained a task in my destiny to head for the sands, Ill be sure to update the gallery in the next few days.  Oh and page 14 and on is past 20 mainlands content in gallery.
