Did everyone get this that bought the original box ? i thought the drinking cape were suppose to come with collectors?

I got an e-mail for the drinking cape and I don't even own the game or have it pre-ordered. The only thing I did was sign up for beta and never got in.

So, I'm guessing it was just given to people who registered for beta.

haha. good thing i only bought the original box rather than collectors then, wanted that cape ^^

You guys had to have signed up for the Clan of Conan news letter. It's an item for doing that.

I didnt even register an account for AoC, just preordered the original box.

this item came with the newsletter and not the retail box

You have been a long and thrustworthy participant in our community, and as such we would like to thank you for helping us form Age of Conan into the marvelous product it is today..

I dont even own AoC yet, and still got the cape, so im sure the masses who have been a AoC forum member for awhile will have one also.

Seems strange to be given in game items when I don't even own the game, I've had bad experience with MM
