Hey there! I would like to try out lineage II, but I have no clue what box set to order to get all expansions. -And what about servers? I would like to be on a well populated american server.. Any suggestions?? |

There is no difference per se as the game will patch out anyway. I suspect that the latest collectors edition which was the one most recently advertised will be the best option. As to the server, I guess it depends on who you ask. Ppl write that Bartz is one of the higher NA pop servers, but we have a very high pop on Kain as well so its really a question of preference based on your server ping or research into a preferred clan. You can download directly from the site http://www.lineage2.com/pds/game_dw.html or You can buy the newest boxed set which comes with a 60 day time card.
Either way all updates/expansions are free and will automatically update to the newest version when you start the game |

Yeah that is the great thing about Lineage, a new expansion every 6 months and it's always free. It's way better then having to shell out 40 bucks for every new expansion for a game, or like Everquest having 30000 expansions and all of them costing like 30 bucks new (rediculous). |

I've been thinking of coming back myself, there is a new box available, some type of anniversary edition, metallic blue/gold looking box. It includes all of the expansions, a few extra in game items, gender changes, and a 60 day time card. |

i think the cheapest gamebox is... Download the game yourself , Sign up http://www.plaync.com/us/ which is Ncsoft account manage.. it is like $19.99 and with 30day |
