Funnel cake residue probably doesn't work well in the small crevasses of a keyboard/computer.

I'm trying to switch to things like apples, bananas, almonds, cashews etc to snack on...

Good luck with that lol!  Almost seems contrary to the "lifestyle."

That said, try the dried stuff, trail mix, banana chips etc.  *Almost* like eating junk, but better.

I already eat that type stuff. Mostly apples and oranges though. Oranges can get a lil messy if you don't know who to peel it right.

EDIT to add - Actually don't worry about the form or shape of the snack, it is all about the calories not the way the body gets them.   There is no magic in nutrition.  It is a math equation with energy in - energy out = +weight gain or -weight loss.  So eat what you like, get about 15 miles of running in per week, balance your intake to your output and you will be fine.

  • 1 gram of carbohydrate = 4 calories
  • 1 gram of protein = 4 calories
  • 1 gram of fat = 9 calories
  • 1 gram of alcohol = 7 calories
