Age of Conan

I think polls for the most part is kinda retarded but I wanted to post one here.  On the forums (the official ones) there are a lot of people who does not like AoC after playing it.

So....

I wanted to know what you guys thought about it.  I'll go first.

I'll be honest. Im not impressed at all so far.  It is a fun mmo but i just cannot see any long term playability from it.  I cannot quit put my finger on it but it hasn't really immersed me into the game yet.  Graphics are great and other things are great.

It's not the worse MMO i have ever played but it is not the best MMO i have ever played either. 

So, tell me what you guys think.

not the best I've ever played, but the best I've played in many years, with the potential to become the best ever.

I really doubt that I could go back to any standard "auto attack" mmo ever again, though.  I have a feeling I'm in AoC for the long haul.

Voted very good because I think this is the case. I would have voted for best MMO but until I reach level 80 and understand the game in more depth, with some of the early bugs patched out I really cannot judge it against the other MMOs I have played.

The graphics are superb and the gameplay is fun. The chat and guild configuration screens are somewhat lacking.

i am with you, not good, but isnt horrible either. definately not the best i have ever played, by a long shot. it is fun though, but i doubt that will last very long. it has so much instancing, it just always feels like i am alone...which is not a good thing (in an mmo).

The game performance is impressive having come from Closed and Open Beta, they really did some excellent work in those few weeks of OB. Have had no performance related issues so far and I'm playing on a mid range computer.

The fun factor of the game was never a concern for me, the gameplay is excellent. Funcom has knocked out the biggest hurdle of a MMO, performance.

Voted it s ok. It s a game that is definately not for everyone. I personally didn t like it at all and don t hink i would down the road, only because IMO better games are coming out.
