Hi, I've been looking around the web to see if anyone was looking to sponsor an MMORPG well my company which is just me right now is looking for full sponsorship of my MMORPG concept which would end all other MMORPGs being made right now. Seriously, that's one of the most funny things I've read in a long time.

First off, loose concept designs are worth absolute nothing within the industry. Secondly, a complete game design document(which can easily be 500+ pages for a MMO), is not worth too much either.

As developers should know:

Above is NOT a pipe. It's a picture of a pipe. It's worth nothing if want a real pipe. What you have isn't even a picture of a pipe(which would be extensive documentation fully with UML diagrams). 

The point is that a concept design of system isn't really worth anything in it self. It's till you use to do some actual code.

When you say 'sponsership' is that like when Nike buys athletic shoes for a college basketball team?

You don't need sponsorship, you need funding.

I would suggest, at a bare minimum you:

1. Incorporate or start a business

2.. Make a website

3. Include some concept art on that same site

4. Give enough of a game description to wet some people's appetites.

Even doing that you're unlikely to get funding for your game unless #'s 2 to 4 are so knock-your-socks off that it's undeniable.

What starts out a mooching money in game turns into mooching money for a game.

With that in mind, I (having an game design document for a game that is so bad, that it make's the Power Glove look only mildly ill-tempered by contrast) should head to California and get myself a game testing gig, correct?

Also, to the original post, I state in the most frothy of styles, lawl.
