I have an Alienware Area 51 Mj12 M7700 Laptop that is a few years old and I am wondering if it will run AoC. I am at work but heres the specs as best i can find them: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition Processors & Chipset Graphics and Video Memory

It might work, try ad 1 gig or more in ram. I just bought 4 gig for my laptop, but i have a realy bad graphic card in it.. 7000M. So im praying to god it will work |

It will run. Will it be playable ? At 5-10 fps top, if you consider this playable. I'm doing 10-20 fps depending where i am on a Athlon 64x2 5000+, 2go of ram and a 7600gt |

The 6800 is a bit behind the 7600 GT. Here's a great website for comparing laptop Gfx: http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-Go-6800.2139.0.html
You should be able to play the game though if you throw in another gig, and also force turn off flora, and force shader 1.xx or 2.0 |

OK...just did the stress test at http://www.srtest.com/ and it says my system is slightly over the system req's. I have a 3GHz P4 dual proc 2 meg ram and nvidia geforce 6800 gt oc with 256 vid ram under XP.
Is anyone running with a similar system...if so...how's it running?
