did they raise the exp in open-beta?

lazy to spin time on it... just wondering if the exp have been raise or not.

Its been raised by 3~4 times.  I was keeping track of exp in closed beta, and its definetly alot higher.  However, a few other things are alot higher too like DNA costs.
