video card is very dated, you should swap it for a 8800 gts or preferably a 9600 gt

I would have go with a dual core instead, since no games as of yet are build for quad.   I just bought myself a dual core E8400 3.0ghz and it beats any quad core in term of game performance.

4Go of RAM, did you go with Vista 64 bits ?  If not, your wasting 1 Go, Vista 32 bits can only manage up to 3 Go of RAM.

Thats not true, Crysis was built to make use of quad core cpus already . and also vista recognised 3.75 gigs of ram so nearly 4 gigs.
