I live in the UK but most of my online gaming friends are in the USA is there any way for me to play on the US server instead of the EU server

Looks like you can buy it from Amazon or Gamestop. Seems they will both ship to the UK.

I have a friend who did just that.

The shipping time if the great unknown.
