I am getting slightly annoyed that they place these server takedowns right in the middle of the European prime time. Today it was 20 to 23+ CET.

There is probably a good cause why they take the servers down during primetime...

So basically we payed for about 1.5 days of early access after all is said and done because you know this won't be the last time lol.

Well if you think it's bad now, just wait till official launch.  WAY more players will most likely translate into WAY more downtime.  I honestly expected a lot worse.  So far there have been only 6 hours I couldn't play since early access.  I really enjoy the game and I hope they take all the time in the world to make it clean and polished.

Well you also payed for an extra 10 days before your first monthly bill. And possibly for a nice in game item.

Well actually you paid for 13 days of access, 3 of those days being early.  So now you only get 11.5.

Well, if they do it much later tonight it'll push in to the US prime time.  Then you'll be hearing some complaining.  Oh yes.

If I were an AOC basher I'd point out that this is the first MMORPG game to ever have 6 hours of downtime before the game was even released! (release is Tuesday not Saturday!).

Just glad I happened to not be able to play during each of the downtimes anyway so I didn't lose anything, heh.

Not really a big deal.  New game, new servers so it is going to take them a while to better estimate downtime.  Heck at least they are giving us an update unlike Blizzard who normally doesn't even bother with estimates.

Keep drinking 'till it opens up again, in fact I suggest everyone join in (except me cause I don't drink )!

That way about 30 minutes later the AoC bug forums are flamed with reports of character swaying.
