The pen is mightier than the sword if the sword is very short, and the pen is very sharp.

Wasn't it 5000m? All I get for max now is 3500m (not that it's a big deal)

I think it's been 3500 all along.  At least that's what I remember.  It's freakin far though, lol.

Hmm..I better dig out the ginko biloba. Age is creeping up on me like an AoC assassin.

That's further than you will ever actually need to see in the game.

Playing: WoW (for now)
Played: UO, DAoC, SWG (Pre), WoW, LoTRO, Tabula Rasa, Vangaurd, AoC, WAR...

5000 meters = 16404 ft = 3.10 miles

3500 meters = 11482 ft = 2.17 miles

1 mile = 5280 ft

whoever said those maps aren't big, well they aren't humongous but they are pretty big you know how long it would take to run 3 miles? or even 2 miles in game for it to take 10 - 20 mins to run from one end to the other is quite a big map.

You can now set character rendering range to like 2000m or was it feet... I like to know where my enemy is at all times :D

Yeah I put my character distance to max, I hope it doesn't bog down too much.  As long as I have max detail of the LOD set to medium.
