whenever i click on the game this is the message im getting in the updater. Also when i click on the game icon in the games folder in vista..its first makes me sign in, but says "Age of Conan-Beta Update Login" is that what everyone else gets?, i installed the game from the "early access" client bit torrent , not a beta. |

I'm under the impression that the final patch will be loaded on the 17th of may. would anyone else like to chime in? |

whenever i click on my AoC icon it keeps saying Fatal Error: failed to download patch information. is there anything i can do to correct this, or is the patcher down? |

If you Pre-Ordered the game but failed to get Early Access: Wait til May 20th to complain. If you Pre-Ordered the game and are in Early access: Did a 730mb Patch come in and then a 77mb patch, thereafter? If so, then just wait it out... Servers arent up yet and it seems the patch server is down. If youjust bought the game from Gamestop today or aquired it some other way, then wait til the 20th. When in doubt, uninstall and reinstall

The patch servers have been down all day. Don't worry plenty of time to patch prior to the gates opening at 17:00 GMT tomorrow |

I got the Fatal Error message too. I did a verify/repair and it went away. (Not that any later patches are avialable as the servers are down like others have mentioned. |

I picked up AoC game at EB games today after trying all week to download Early access from my E-mail which was a failure. i installed the game from EB store which went very well, but the download patch says fatal error. i did apply and pay for early access from funcom. will this be a problem for patching the game? |

You will get that error message if the patch server is down. This used to be a hot topic in the CB until a dev put the issue to rest. |

was also in Beta, the game played very well on my PC, had a blast :) luv chopping off heads:)
