Everyone is worried about "what will kill WoW?"

You should all be concerned with "what will kill AoC?"

1. System Reqs. are too high. LOL @ preorders from people who play WoW and complain about Framrate in Org. This game, while it will run on crap systems.. will run so poorly that all those subs will be gone in 2 months TOPS.

2. Given System Reqs, Game will still 100%.. thats 100% not be fun in anything that has more than 10 people on screen AOEing. Take a look at Oslo Bob's AWESOME seige video. It has a whole 2 trebs running.. maybe 6 guys and some douchebag NPC's to make it look cool and bloody. Ive said it a million times. You want to know what seiges are like.. go to L2.. go to SB during a CN bane.. these are LOW POP games people.. given this fact, 300+ still show up, complete with lag bots and DOS hacks. PVP games with city seiging are no joke and Oslo Bob has no idea whats going to come out of this can when he opens it.

3. Combat /= skill, Combat = easily exploitable.

4. Game learning curve is way too steep. They want to tap into WoW subs? LOL at getting soft core gamers to stick around when they are getting raped b/c the game is quite difficult to truly grasp.. let alone beat a good macroer. Why face roll your keyboard when you can do easy stuff in WoW.

5. Over-hype. Already the marketting douchebags are coming out of the woodwork from behind their scientific calculators to call this a TOP-5 MMo seller. Well.. considering how many new gamers WoW brought into the market.. saying that is like saying Ha!.. AvP2 was a better movie than Gone with the Wind b/c AvP 2 grossed 18 million dollars from r-tards in 2007.  Any new game will break old records simply b/c the demographics are larger and can sustain bigger numbers. Why is this bad? b/c given Oslo Bob's history.. AoC will probably not be too hawt in its first year. Oslo Bob might be shooting for most improved MMO again.. but regardless, the over hype is building it up too much, and when all these 800,000 (LOL) subs get pissed.. word of mouth will kill this game forever. It happened in AO.. it happened in SB ( sadly).. and it will happen again.

It is poeple like this who make me sad for sevral reasons.

1.  Makes me sad to be a part of MMORPG.com because of children like this

2.  The OP (as well as others) are breathing OUR perfectly good oxygen

3.  More than likely these people are reproducing

Did "Oslo Bob" take your girlfriend?  You honestly think he wants this game to suck and isn't a rational human being that learns from past mistakes?  Look I'm not defending Gaute except to say your predictions of gloom and doom are tiresome. 

If you have "real" proof this game has major problems then lay it out otherwise you're just hate-mongering against a company and a game you have no more knowledge of than anyone else.
