Unfortunately, I'm afraind the death toll is going to go much higher. There are still thousands missing and there's that collapsed school that has about 900 students trapped underneath all that rubble. |

9000 for such a huge scale disaster isn't much considering the population of that country. Birma death toll is over 32k right now. |

I don't care about the population of China. Over twelve thousand people are dead man. This isn't a time to think about population. I give my heart and tears out to those people that have to live though that situation. Such a natural disaster could have happend anywhere. |
