Your best bet is to email them and find out exactly how they are dealing with this.
I pre ordered from Amazon and asked, it took them a week to find out and get back to me and the response was that they will send me the code on the 16th.

I ordered from play.com two early access games and today I finally got the code to make the account. However I only got one code, anyone know how to contact these guys to see where is the 2nd code stuck at? Can't find any contact info on their site...

I know but I ordered 2 games me+wife, only got 1 code though. Kinda tough if we can't get in both in the same time, we'll be fighting over the game for 3 days ... I was expecting 2 codes to register 2 accounts :D.
