Ive tried changing "Antialiasing=1" and forcing it in my ATI settings, however it doesnt work. Am I missing something? Does turning AA on still result in the graphical glitch that removes names above players?

I've seen posts in the official forums where ppl have gotten it to work. Screenshots were included.

It works, but needs to be forced from the video card settings.  I don't have an ATI, so I don't know how to force it from that video card.  You should find info in the tech forum to help you.

There is only one way to get Antialiasing to work. If you have a Nvidia card... If you have ATI you are screwed. If you install some old nvidia drivers, cant remember which and force AA through the drivers you can (if your lucky) get it to work.

However, the devs have stated several times that Antialiasing is not supported by the engine.

From my experience, just came back to the game after a long time, the lack of AA is hardly noticeable.  I am running the game on high settings with AQ all the way up and barely notice the lack of AA. Sure it would look a little better with it, but I personally don't think it looks bad at all without it.

Ya i agree, i run at 1920x1200 every setting maxed . I dont notice any jaggies unless i stop playing and look real hard for them .

Am running the 8800 GTX and i have forced AA  , but i had to force it at 8xQ to see any difference .
