Apparently, good people are obey the real life rules but when they came to virtual world, they want revolution, they want to be a outlaw and non-stop to commit crime. If there is gangster online game, I will buy for sure, and doing PVP.

Edit: btw, if someone follow the scenario like Grand Theft Auto to commit a crime, I wonder if the case brought to court, will Rockstar going to compensate the victim? One lawsuit may bite the whole piece away for more than $500 millions dollars.

I'm sure there will be a ganster style MMO someday based on the success of GTA IV.  AO comes somewhat close.

Legally they are not going to be found liable by any means.  They covered their bases and besides this has been tried before and has yet been successful.

”It's not going to be "GTA Online", that was thought up back in 2004 (i think) when one of the creators of GTA was in the works of APB.

So far APB seem like a GTA for the computer, let's hope it can follow through.

Estimated beta- this year

If I tell you how to jump off a bridge, and you do it, is that my fault or your stupidity?

Jack Thompson, an illegitmate whoreson who also happens to be a lawyer, has tried for years to hold GTA and it's creators responsible for every crime under the sun, including laundry detergent not taking the shitstains out of his underwear correctly, and has had no success.

It is not the games fault if some idiot copies what's in it. Otherwise, you better ban books and cartoons, otherwise I may start dropping ACME anvils on peoples' heads and get off because it wasn't my fault they don't really reinflate by sticking an air hose in their thumb.
