WAR has such a huge and interesting lore. I say the same thing for Age of Conan. Both have as far as it seems a good fan base. It seems WAR is getting more people but both are doin very well. If it continous like this then we will finaly have a huge competition between WoW, WAR and AOC. Which is a great thing for gamers and gaming industry. They all deserve respect .Flaming, trolling or similar are things that can easily make you look like a 10 years old child which is not bad being the child but its really bad being 20 years old who uses a 10 years old child communication.

Again WAR will appeal to fans of EQ\DAoC\WoW

AoC will appeal to fans of adventure games and street fighter.

Not true anymore.  EA officially purchased Mythic awhile ago.  So while they are acting in the capicity of a publisher they are also the parent company of EA Mythic.

Ah thanks for the update :)

To the OP:

I reckon Blizzard will cancel Wow if they see Conan. For sure.

NEVER EVER in game history were the number of pixels a reason for a game's success.

You can't see the hairs of your left eyebrow if you fight with your avatar at 15 meter control distance.

What i DO see in Conan is LAG and LACK of control, hence gameplay was sacrificed for a few pixels more you don't even care for in fighting PvP.

Fans of Warhammer: I hope it will sell 5 times more than AoC, just to frustrate this guy !!!!

His statement and question were silly, yes we know. But until your precious WAR comes out(I am sure more delays will come) AOC will have a nice polish and lots of bug fixes. Not to mention many people who are waiting for WAR will try AOC and they may like it and get addicted until WAR is out. There are many possibilities just dont rush to critisize AOC by its beta and few silly people.

Ea can just as easily take a business loss on this post release. There is no legitimate reason they should cancel it now. The majority of monies have already been invested in at this point.

Hellgate was small fry compared to the cash EA have sunk into Mythic for WAR.

Different sized developers as well. Whoopty do, Flagship had some ex-Blizzard people from Diablo. Doesn't meant their game will be fantastic though. Their upcoming game looks to be in better shape though.

lol Maybe, but I feel the same can be said about WoW.

No, they're not going to canel WAR,  the product and the player-base is there, ready and willing.

I agree with others that WoW is the game that will, finaly, feel a bit of a hit in subs.  Nothing drastic but X-mas just won't be the same for Blizzard as it has been, based solely on WoW.   They'll make up the financial loss between Wotlk xpac and Star'2.  But, they will be facing longterm competion and it will get worse as more releases hit the market from here on out.
