Have faith, this is like 5000 elephants pushed into an elevator...please don´t fart before I get out.

The Open client is an older build than Closed. The live client will be even newer than both combined. The Open client will be patched, both with parts of the Closed along with fixes for the current problems. And no, it´s not patched yet.

The open beta, like it or not, is to test the hardware and to bog it down as much as possible. No-one is trying to silence anyone, just conveying what´s going on.

Again, believe it or not but don´t ask for an answer if you don´t want to hear it.

Thanks for the quotes. I might just order AoC, but I want to see how the idiot kids are going to swarm this game first. Now, I don't fear the client, I fear the community...Strange no?

careful the haters dont seem to like facts or supporting arguments. They pretty much just want to hate the game regardless of what they hear.

Yes but atm moderators are employees of funcom... so odds are he/she has direct lines of contact with said devs?

Is Funcom saying anything about why they used an older version for the Stress Beta?

“Game Experience May Change During Online Play” is about ESRB ratings, not changing game content!

It's a bit reassuring to see that but, like you, I'm on the fence.  I don't mind waiting until a month after launch to see how the game fares.  Ideally I'll snag a trial code from someone along the way  to see for myself ( ' :
