whats a good pve server to raid on i'm currently on blackhand and tired of the usually stupidity and stuff way to stuck up on raiding huge app lists and bs for raiding i have a 70 mage and ele shammy both are geared well for raids i wanna find a good server to do t5/t6  raids with either of my toons i'm alliance aswell to make this easier lol.

What my guild has done now instead is to keep it to a very small tight knit group and instead of going for T5/T6 we just stick to Kara/Gruul's etc.  It's not the best stuff, but then we don't have any of the BS that is usually associated with raiding either.  We don't have DKP points, we don't have sign ups, we don't have main/alt loot rules etc.  If you want to go you're there and ready to roll with whichever toon you choose when the raid forms.  If you want an item, you roll and if you win the roll, you win the item.  No BS.  I'd love to be able to move on to T5/T6 stuff, but I know if we did we'd have to compromise those rules because people get purpleitis real quick when you hit that level.  In my humble opinion you can have one or the other, but not both.

i'm not in any guild atm on either of my toons i figure i was waiting for aoc to come out and get it myself if its worth it i'll take a full break from wow. and play that my mage is full purples and my shaman is almost full give or take one or two slots.

i've tried making my own raid group and a new guild not easy i said screw it and just stay unguilded i figure i'm on enough and some people know i'm a good player so i figure i could avoid the whole apping to a guild ya know just invite me damnit. lol anyway i thought of changing servers for a long time and i'm tired of the people on this server but i can't remember if there is a waiting period how long you would have to stay on a new server before you can transfer again.

dont bother going to a new server, its better to know about how good/bad people on ur server are rather then going to a new server and thinking everything is better only to find out everyone is worse, just change guilds ^^

yeah i guess thats true however the problem still remains alot of the guild that are doing t6 stuff are elitest jackass' that you app to and are on a waiting list for like 6 months just to get considered and all i would renew my account but i am waiting for aoc i think that will be a worth while game atleast from what ive seen. but in any case i logon do dailys on both my toons and then i'm bored again lol. its hard to go from a raiding guild to unguilded and convert back to doing other stuff. ive been in so many guilds on this server but only like the last handful i was in were raiding guilds but alot of them disbanded for one reason or another mostly stupidity of the management i thnik thats also the reason i've left guilds the last guild i left was because some friends wanted to raid without drama and stuff but we ended up sitting around for almost a week not raiding and it got disbanded and people went to other guilds or back to the one we came from. some people want me back in the guild i left but once again my problem is with management now tell me what would you think if one of the officers was using the guild for personal gain and just dressing things up like it isn't and is more for the guild ? 

people manage to switch guilds from what i've seen without really apping and yet every guild i look into has a apping process that takes way to long.

So what makes you think any of that is going to change on a new server?  I can pretty much assure you that unless you just get lucky you'll find the same thing on another server.  Raiding guilds without drama, apps, high turnover rates etc are pretty rare, but I'll bet there's one or 2 on your server, you just haven't found them yet.  But since you already know the bad ones, you can leave them out and narrow down your search.  If you start with a new server you're going to be starting from scratch.  It's like looking for a needle in a haystack for a week and going thru 1/2 the haystack and then deciding to quit looking in that haystack and start looking in another.  You just lost 1 weeks worth of work.  That's not a smart approach.

That's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

My recommendation is to not create a character on Blackhand. I am currently on that server and every group I have ever been in has some idiot trying to tell me how to play my toon. It only takes one person in a group who is a fool, and there are far too many of them on Blackhand. I am looking to migrate to a new server.
