Been trying all morning to reactivate my DDO account to no avail. Anyone heard of issues
at Turbine that would cause reactivation issues?

I was able to log into my account just fine. I did not make any changes so I don't know where you are stuck at. What part are you having trouble at? Page loading? Not accepting CC?

im hitting the "resume" button and getting an error that basicly says unable to activate at this time blah blagh blah....crazy thing is, i logged into the game just to see what would happen and I was able to get in.
so it looks like my account is active even though I got that error..I'll have to call turbine tomorrow just to make sure all is well.

Sounds like their login server is down... it seems by default if that server can't be reached it lets anyone who's ever had an account to login. 

I found this out by accident after the last free event during my hiatus.  A couple days after the event I noticed my forum account allowed PM... and lo and behold I could login to the game again.   It happend a handful of times after that before I resubbed a month later.
