Unfortunately, the truth is that unless you had proof (IE- corporate memos, emails) showing that SOE directed said employee to do said act, at worst they would simply send a team of lawyers to disavow any association in the said action in which said employee acted on his own in an unfortunate and unlawful manner that does not reflect the will of the company and  clearly outside the designated and delineated protocols and rules of conduct for any and every Sony and SOE employee set forth and signed in the trainee handbook in triplicate (Extends copy) ...

Logs are being analyzed.  And I am a network engineer who knows how to do this.  So far, no evidence that it was SOE or LEC, which is why I haven't said it was them.  I think it is a single deranged fanboi.

I have banned every IP block that my searching has found that belongs to those companies, btw.

Get a lawyer and be very careful how you proceed.  You could end up be on the wrong end of several lawsuits if you are not careful.  Unless you have 100% documented proof that he was paid by SoE to do that, other than he said/she said statements, you are opening yourself up for a world of hurt on many fronts.

Yeah,  Sure Sony chases down every tard that makes an allegation against them.   On something like this sony would let you be the one who brings it to court then laugh as the judge brings the gaven down on your sack.

Absolutely.  Sony paid somebody to DoS your site then allowed that person to brag about it. 

Real cyber terrorists don't tell you they are a cyber terrorist.   Thats about as likely as a muslim openly admitting he is Taliban or Al Quida. 

Do you really think MMORPG.com is liable to track down somebody just because they attacked your site?
