It's there.  Scaled down somehwat (but then you can only get 700 something responses to a stickied poll in a week, so we know your numbers and posters are way down).

I could be wrong though.  The rump of players left might not mind being nerfed to death and have all their choices taken away, being forced into all lightside or all darkside, and even having the color of robe dictated to them.  Maybe they finally have boiled down from 250K who wanted to play what they made for themselves to the last remnant of players who don't mind being "Starwars-Y and Iconic". 

Could be.  Given what I'm hearing about the current active sub number, it's a possibility.

 

 

Not sure how you consider new abilities for Jedi that allow them to avoid all armour to hit for 10k damage to be a nerf....

Rules 2 and 8.

If Blix accidently gave Jedi an ability that is overpowered, it WILL be nerfed.  That is a non argument, it's proven by history.  In fact, given that it IS Blix, he'll nerf that down to uselessness.

You fail to address the fact that there now are only TWO possible templates now, all lightside, or all darkside, and the fact that lightside took a MAJOR beating in the forms of ninja nerfs to the SP cost of healing, to the abilities to regen action, to the ability to remove and be immune to DOT's.   Along the way they now MAKE you take an ability  that NO ONE took previously (Forsake Fear) just to get to the heal, for no reason better than "the Devs all wanted this ability in their template when testing", thus proving that the Devs know less about how to play than the players.

You can't even choose to wear a dark robe if you are lightside now because the bonuses it gives don't apply to the lightside. 

Indeed, I can argue that there now only is one template possible:  darkside.  The ability to do devastating damage AT RANGE and have defenses that are, for pvp at least, just as good if not better than lightside will end up causing them all to be sith clones.

This update takes the lightsaber master completely out of the game as good for anything but pve.

Isn't it fun watching them follow the "rules?" Let's see if we get a 7 here as well.

Anyone who has been following this on the Official Forums knows that almost all Lightside and Grey jedi consider this a major nerf. Even darksiders see it as a loss of diversity.

This will lead to more people leaving the game. It will cost them many, a few may come back to check it out, but certainly no one new will join due to it.

It also has and will continue to generate bad feelings from the playerbase to the outside world; more negative viral marketing no matter what the SONY cheerleaders do.

I read on one of these post that had a quote from Blistex and he was saying Jedi was too button smashy for his taste, so instead of giving them new abilities or whatever, he just took passive skills and made them into button specials for more button smashing lol

What kind of sense does that make?!  Jedi is too button smashy, so he gives them even more buttons to smash?! lol, I mean come on, this guys is the lead Dev of the NGE, no wonder it has failed so miserably.
