Hello,

I was just about to order the CE when it came to mind if my PC will run AoC any decent.

Here are my specs:

XFX GeForce 7600 GT Fatal1ty Edition

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 2.2 GHz (Dual Core)

2.5GB DDR1 RAM (Outdated I know, but should work right?)

500GB Serial ATA/300 Samsung SpinPoint T  (7200rpm, 8,9ms, 16mb)

Thanks alot! :D

You will be at the lower end of the setting's and even then may have fps problem's.

I can run most new games (CoD4 etc) at the highest settings with this system.

But I am a bit worried about AoC as it looks quitte heavy. Would I be able to at least run it at medium then? Low just looks shitty in most games

If u can run cod 4 on high on MP then you should be able to run this at least on medium

-------------------------
AoC (99/100)
Huxley (75/100)
Warhammer (50/100)

Quit bashing games YOU don't like! Including WoW, you know you liked it before you got burned out.

As far as I know there are quite a few slider's in the game so you will maybe have to shift a few of these and maybe even switch some off,but maybe with some tinkering you will be able to run at medium while keeping a decent fps.

The king and the pawn go back to the same box at the end of the day.

You won't have any troubles. This is from a professional's point of veiw.

Why do people who have no idea about anything post here giving feedback about PC specs?

Yes, you will be able to run the game, dual core processor and a 7600, which is slightly better than the minimum 6600, both being gaming cards. DDR1 will be a problem definetly if you want to use vista, and you wont perform well in massive situations, but you'll probably run decently on minimum details and a small resolution.

What's your 7600's memory? 256 mb right?

I'd stay away from the FFA PvP servers with that computer. But I've no doubt that you can run it. Just avoid the PvP servers.
