I hope so, because it is what saved me from buying Vanguard at release. I typically don't get involved with Beta's, because it spoils the game for me when I actually get to create a character I can keep.  After seeing a few bad releases, I now wait for the Beta players to release unbiased reviews of the game. I then compare what I want and expect from a game to what they tell me is in it.

I don't think there has been word - but yes i believe it is staying until the last possible second.

Account has been stolen, why would someone want to steal my account?

You do have to agree to the NDA when you register your BETA key, however, that was also true of the PvP Preview and that NDA was lifted basically immediately. As such I expect the NDA will lift on the FilePlanet Beta pretty quickly.

I believe it was Athelan that stated that NDA will be lifted shortly after the Open Beta starts, but not right away so there will be a short period of which Open Beta will be covered under the NDA:

The Fileplanet beta will have a different NDA than the closed beta has. So expect to see the same freedom to reveal information as with the PvP event.

Blocking the trolls cuts down on the unnecessary noise considerably.

and yet you are stating it is buggy with you can not know duo to NDA....there is something conflicting here :/
