My advice if you're having trouble getting your beta code after you've pre ordered your collectores edition of warhammer from EB games is to talk directly to a manager in the call centre. I called every few days for my code, giving them receipt info, my name and Email. The next day I would call back and they would tell me they didn't have me on the list. However after talking to the 6th call centre person who repeatedly called me "Ma'am" when when my voice is deep enough to sound like James Earl Jones I thought I'd talk to a manager. He dealt with the situation very well and sent me a beta code in that very conversation we had. So now I'm the happy owner of a beta code. So if you have the same troubles as me, that's my advice. Happy hunting, whoever you are.

No it hasn't started yet, but I was still having abitch of a time getting my codes from them. When you buy the CE you are supposed to get codes. If you bought it in store, they shoudl have them in store for you. If you bought it online, the codes should be Emailed.
I don't know when the open beta will start, but I have the comfort of knowing that when it does. I'll be in there.

Well best buy has the boxes in, so I’m going to cancel my eb games pre-order and get it at best buy. |

Well, the preorder codes came into EB games finally so I got one there. That makes two; (shhhhhh don't tell anyone) However, the codes were all mixed up. the one for the Open Beta test was actually in the wrong spot. It was where the "live game head start" code was. So if your getting an "Invalid code" message, try the "live game head start" code instead. I hope that helps. Belladauna |

I simply emailed EBgames/gamestop with my order number and a day later all of my codes were emailed to me. |

I ordered online from EB/Gamestop, and I received my code the next day in an email. And they don't charge you until the game is ready to ship :P
