The ingame video is a pretty nice glimpse of some of the various areas, but it looks like it was made at various phases of beta since sometimes you see the lighting effects engine in effect and other times you don't. Overall its pretty good imo. |

I dunno, I think the avatars look terrible. Obviously, hard to judge 'til we've seen it running in high resolution on a high-spec PC and it might have just been because the vids were dark elves but the avatars looked very skinny and I wasn't massively impressed with the graphical look of the buildings either. Don't get me wrong, I'll still be buying and trying the game, but those videos both lacked the "woot" factor imo.

Really good find. The first video is particularly good quality I thought,and it was nice to hear some in game voices and sounds instead of placeholders. I would love to hear the racial theme music for each type in the game though. Its a shame EA didn't include a CD of the music in the CE preorder. I have listened to the podcast about the music lots of times.The dwarf theme is really good, makes me wonder what they did for empire. ______________ Mark E. Cooper |

It became quite clear ,after watching the first movie, that I've not been very up to date with the latest in game videos. The graphics was the most remarkable change since last time, but also the look. I felt like I was watching LOTRO, the game resembles it in so many ways. Still it was a nice video and good quality, thanks for the post!

Looks like WoW and many more MMO's, and thats fine with me. As this game will definitely work and give us millions of people to group with. Keep your graphics AoC and all the problems that come with it. I'm in it for fun !!! |

Why did they need to take that shitty LOTRO letter font ? Other then that it looks like wow and that it's a great thing imo because i want the same gameplay like wow but better pvp. Looks like a smooth engine aswell, and let us hope there are not allot of sync issues. |
