So then, imho the 2nd best f2p is Shaiya http://shaiya.aeriagames.com/ Its korean, but its not the usual grind. It got some of the best pvp around (RVR with 2 sides on the server, dark & light) and the pve is quest based, with some nicely written quests. The game play is very good. |

So the game is actively developed and improving, this is a good point imho. edit: the Euro version is very new, open beta started December 17, the game is now live. edit2: the game art was done by the same designer who also did Lineage 2 and Aion (kjun.org). So look and feel is like L2. It has WASD and PnC movement.

Unless you want to spend a few hundred $ in their item shop, dont bother with shaiya, especially not if pvp is what you're looking for.
