*I should state this right now: This article was written by a veteran of the World of Warcraft PVP community.  There is little to no technical history, but instead, mostly player/guild/team history. If you do not like WoW, then you may want to stop reading now.*

The article tends to focus on Battlegroup 9 (Bloodlust) due to it being the current hub of the best players in the game.  However, the whole history of the PVP community is explained.

If only classes, armor, weapons and in general it was balanced pvp then I may care to of read it. Unfortunately WoW has never had balance for pvp and is laughable that they are doing this tournament.  History of pvp is truly worthless when it means little to nothing for game content or style. IE no looting dry people you kill, and I can't just attack and kill anyone outside of towns.

First of wow isnt a FFA pvp game, and it was never designed to be so, so deal with that fact.  Secondly any class can beta any other class in wow.   So your saying you want to kill anyone wnaywehre?  let me tell u you would probably be the firts one crying if u were getting looted and killed anywhere.  Im in mythos beta, and its FFA and nothing but whining about looting peopels corpses and killing peoples in town.  It hasnt worked and people hardly do it anymore.  

This whole myth about unbalance in the game is totally ridiculous, its probably the most balanced game there is.  Only way if its not balanced is if u dont know how to play your class or you dont reat fast enough

Mage can kill any class if he know what his doing

lock can kill any class if he knows what his doing

warrior can kill any class if he knows what his doing

druid same

hunter same

shadow priest same

paladin same

rogue same

shaman same

So this myth about unlbalnce is a total joke, you may think its unlabalnced for expample if a class can root u or heal themselves or fear u etc, if u cant magae to use your own abilities and skills then its your problem.  1 person can bet another class then may fail agaisnt another player playing the same class.

Yeah u maybe in greens and the other player in blues and purples, he may beat u but u can still give him a good fight.
