If your computer can run "Vanguard" now, you will not have to upgrade it for another 12 years!

Still too crappy graphics for the year 2008 =(

Come back and say that when Vangaurd can run with 200+ people on screen at a playable framerate engaging in PVP/RVR combat.

That will be around what, say another 25 years?

Actually try a few years ago where a game called DAOC seemed to manage it.

Or do you mean in 25 years when when Vanguard will be able to run 200+ people?

I mean in 25 years when Vanguard will be able to run it with 200 people on the screen (game will run smooth when Vistas XVII is out).

I just left that game about a week ago and I can tell you, even with a uber machine 6 people will make your computer hiccup and skip a heart beat (yes I am a Vanguard hater).

Kilmari, I think you have seriously been playing Vanguard and WOW too long if you think Warhammer looks anything like it. I don't think you will be interested in it anyways, they are not catering to guilds and people that like dungeoun sitting for weeks and months.

See the red arrow around the priests feet? that arrow points the player to the NPC or the quest place he needs to go to... and people say WoW is easy mode. ROFL

On a positive note the screenshot does look nice, far better then the beta shots.. but as many have said in my exerience the animations are basic and dull.

Stop talking about things that you clearly have no idea about. The arrows point to the player's targets.

That's not how it works. You don't get arrows at your feet pointing you to your quest target, you get arrows pointing you to your selected players/mobs.

What I want is a game that will play on my 2 year old Dell XPS with a Nvidia 7800 with a decent framerate, given the current ecconiomic climate EA cannot expect people to go out and buy new PC's to play this game.

If they do I think they will be sadly disappointed with the sales.

wrong if you select a quest that requires you to go a certain area or an npc the arrow points the way... i know from experience.. the circle can have multipul arrows.. so yes it also points to an npc you have selected.. but it also points to your selected quest objectives.
