Right...people who like fair PvP have already taken off for greener pastures. The people left are the gankers and griefers that FLS has decided to cater to.

But there is a bright side to this.. if they  are kept busy in POTBS that means they wont bother people elsewhere.  If you think about it maybe this is not a bad thing and was even worth paying a few bucks for a new coaster for my coffee cup in order to achieve.   In any event maybe they will be too busy in POTBS to mess around in other releases.  One can only hope that there is enough money in that small population to keep this game afloat and that they stay put.

I dont play POTBS any longer because of the game climate.   I would like to play but can't because of the game climate so in attempting to find a bright side I put this spin on it.  Sorry if you didn't get it but every misfit needs a home so I figure they might as well be in POTBS that way I know where they all went ^^

This game has many problems but after trialing i have to say ganking isnt one of them, infact I tried hard to get ganked and I couldnt, i sailed around the red circles forever looking for a fight and nothing, and when i did get into a fight it was npc's not that I could tell the difference between an npc and a normal player anyway which was also a negative. I admit I didnt play long maybe a couple of hours total in the span of a few days but after getting in a ship sailing up to another ship and blasting it I seen all there is to see in the game. But The extreme carebears will always cry at the slightest form of competition in any game no matter how anti pvp it is, and in this case this game is not even close to a pvp game, its like pvp designed for carebears... and they liked it kinda... but the extreme carebears hate it but in the end it just sucks and has nothing to do with being ganked but for some reason some people want to claim a carebear victory when really everyone losses with this game.

You forgot to take into account how empty the servers are now. If you had tried the game the first week it came out you would have been ganked to hell and back.

Maybe half their playerbase are players who cancel but where denied this cancel.

I for 1 never agree to pay the monthly fee and quit a little after trying the game (have a free month).  Somehow, the cancel button didn't work and they charge me.  Checking their log entry would also prove that I didn't play ever outside of this first month.

FLS and SOE are the pirates here.  Keeping artificial numbers a little longer.  Short term.  No long term objective.  The fact I would NEVER use a credit card again (with SONY) and that Agency will sell 1 less box as well as a few other SOE titles which have me half interested, they don't care about that.  They steal $30 now and lose over a hundred and the fact I am unwilling to ever use a CC again(with SONY)...short term.  Short term.

Strange, every time I have logged on I have seen several medium and high populations with the lesser played  nations having light only.  You sure they didn't have servers down and they just turned them on?  Im no Fan boi but on the Roberts server there are more than enough players.

Check the link. The *only* time I see anything other than Light or None is Brits on Roberts. If you're talking about the server screen you see when you log on to the game it shows the stats for the last 30 days or something. The website I'm pointing you to is updated every ten minutes.

That is a SOE thing not a FLS thing SOE has done this to many players on many game. Vanguard  for 1 and SWG for 2   this tactic is nothing new for SOE.
