So today I get the great news from an officer in my guild that, I'm not permited to summit /petition in VG anymore or face being BAN ! rofl... oh wait I can't petition BoW exploiting Core? BoW exploiting Koto? BoW training group in OT? or how BoW is exploiting Blood Mage ?

Oh wait, you guys didn't hear this one, cause SoE quickly deleted the post on the forum, but about a month ago, we had someone afking near one of the name in APW minding his own business, when BoW decided to attack the mob.. when they notice him. First reaction to this was to TRAIN HIM.. that didn't work the way they wanted since he lived. so then they had to get creative

The funny thing, is that the person who train our buddy, actually said that he was order to train him in /general chat for all to see ... (so what happen to that monk? NOTHING, he's still playing VG in BoW) if anyone else would have done that... instant BAN .. I know, I have an EQ1 account BAN for what the gm called "training" while I was fearing mob at the entrance of the zoneline trying to kill this one dog.

... took a Blood Mage and went to a section where BM heal actually dmg you and your Defense target... seem the exploit here was that there is NO RANGE... so you can actually kill ANYONE in the zone that you wish. When that person was reported the GM basically just laugh it off. When this was posted on the board about why no action was taken, the post was quickly deleted. Oh well, what can I say, Que sera sera.

Although I'm playing Vanguard since launch (except for a 2 months break), I'm having trouble following you what you are speaking about.  All I know you are speaking of the APW thingy.

Seriously, I think you need a Vanguard break.

i can't comment on the bmg thing, but if i were in the top guild on the server i wouldn't want people sitting around stealing our strats for bosses that are only killable by a limited number of guilds on the server.

Buffs to the core aside, it still doesnt mean that the strats BoW is using are worthless.

Lol at the concept of a player minding his own business, afk near one of the deepest  bosses in the raid dungeon.  Even if he was innocently standing there, look at it from their point of view.

The drama of raiding and the corruption of SOE. What else is new?

He wasn't looking for strat, he was AFKing there while he was doing some house stuff, you know cleaning, cooking ... so in your opinion training is a VALID point?

As for the strat they used on Core and Koto ... what does that tell you, if a playing GM is in a raid that is EXPLOITING and nothing is done, like maybe a warning... But from your opinion there, it's ok to exploit as long as you don't get caugh!? So the rules only apply to those not having GM in their guild? Here I though GM were suppose to show the way for other in and off the field.

But maybe that is just me... Not like She gonna BAN me, she can't cause I did nothing wrong. She just didn't want to do her "job".

To bad VG is turning into a WoW clone and EQ 2.5 or a pre-eq, guess the Dev that are left need to recycle old ideals to make VG more fun, Jboot was pretty nice

2. By subscribing to Vanguard, you've already proclaimed to the world that you LIKE abuse and you enjoy a thoroughly unprofessional MMOG experience. So I'm really not sure why GM abuse would surprise you.

Moonlite is one of the most awesome GM's ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a game i would say if you got warned about petitioning again you must have been been a foul mouthed rude person in your petions and probally deserved to be banned, but because Moonlite is totally awesome you only got warned

I'm happy that you are happy with her... but personally I'm not at all. The fact that when she started crying to the entire guild (cause the first few officers just laughed at her) the current petition was more clean then a bar of soap! So maybe you should get the fact right before making assumption or getting info from one side. What make this more funny, the petition in question was a valid one concerning a NPC mob that wasn't poping up after a kill that was a few days prior.

This is why I am so glad I play in Sartok.  Easy enough to get people out of your shard.  Just half an hour of alter camping and you got yourself a clean shard!
