I just Picked up a Pre order of the CE from gamestop and he game me just a receipt that I ordered it and that it. When I asked him about my CE Beta code that comes with the CE Pre order he really didn't know anything about it and said if there was one it would be given to me through my email.....anyone get anything like this? Did your CE Beta code come in a separate piece of paper or back on the receipt?

I also didnt get one. from what i have been hearing is that not every store got the beta key and that some of them gave them out to none collecters adition preorders.

I work at a retail store and we fuck up stuff like that all the time (lol).  It really is just poor communication on the part of the managers most of the time.  I would definetly keep on trying to get that key.  Somebody messed up on their part and if you prod and plead with them enough (maybe even threaten) they will give you what you paid for (or maybe even more).

I oredered from Gamestop as well near my home.  I didn't get the key and they are saying they know nothing about it.  I think I will cancel my order if I don't get it i the next day or two.

IThere's only 60k copies of the CE...I'd go on and get on Amazon or another site ... If the Gamestop doesn't have it now its likely they won't have it or they gave it away early since some stores screwed up last week.  Personally I think they're holding off on sending them until they get orders but if they're doing that they should atleast come out n say it.  

If you wanna wait Hound them everday after 1 or 2 because they get shipments in the morning to mid afternoon.

EB/Gamestop does not suck. If you want to get your game late, go ahead and order from amazon.com. If you want to get it the day it's released, get it from EB/Gamestop with next day.

As to the codes, when they get them they will email them. It will not matter if you use them today or 3 weeks from today so long as you get it before the "open" beta (CE entrance) starts. Which doesn't seem like any time soon.

EB/Gamestop has always gotten me all of my pre-order toys.

100% confirmed, my access key is already on my account. Also the pre-order will likely have a download for the early access phase from what I read in my account info.

I canceled my GameStop order and got it through Amazon.  3 keys in my download at Amazon!!!

Hmm last time I Pre Ordered an item..I got it the DAy of Release..oh wait thast happened every time.  You have to order 1 Day shipping but then again this is omg OMG!!! A head Start program code..which means I get to digitally down load it anyway so it doesnt matter where from but Gamestop does NOT absolutely does NOT have their crap together this time around.  I wouldn't trust them with a ten foot pole.
