Seriously...you really think that killing 20 NPCs earns one some sort of status?  Must be part of that imaginary "legend" thing.  Almost every single one of those NPCs belonged to a player who left the 18th 4 months ago.  You didn't affect the 18th, you affected a single player who isn't even in the 18th.

You HAD to kill NPCs when no one was around because you couldn't really do much else.  Hell, Roneth STILL shows up on our board now and again logging in and out for hours waiting for no fighters to be around.  THAT is the Lucii legacy.

I really don't see what any of this has to do with you getting banned for cheating and still trying to rationalize it...or is this one of the battles you are still trying to wage here because you can't do it in-game? 

Beacuse for the simple fact what we got banned for was outter BS, tehre is no need to rationalize for it. just fact that it was BS cept for you and few others. And you wanna talk about fighting NPC's. Lets talk about how the 18th had to come to our board and destroy our piles and crops, lol or how the 18th woudl never come out unless they had more numbers. Please vlad we have made the 18th log off time and time again when we used to rip through you guys.. Remember 9 hours at the grove? LOL we even had roman guilds laughting at the fact you all logged off becuase you just kept dieing.

We may be a footnote to you which is fine with me, because the 18th was a joke in the hands of all powerful god Vlad. Shit and i thought it was bad with vep least under vep it was all forum trash talk, but under you it was by god worse.

And im responding becuase you keep bringing up things to try make me and my guild look bad when truth of the matter is we actaully were a problem for the 18th, one of the only consistant guilds agaisnt the 18th when we wanted to be, and I will back up what we did and also note that Romans also backed us up for killing the 18th, and beleive me it was many more romans then just the single one you are thinking of.

Again for all that are reading, I have no need to rationalize rather then the fact that the Owner is very inconsistant, he will slap someone on the wrist one day and perma ban someone else for doing the same thing or something similar the next. Like how someoen was warned to never again change and log in with minipulative game files...  It was BS for the perma banning expecually to the accounts of those players that didnt realy even play much at all, yet their accounts were banned when clearly my IP was all over the logins and not their own. Yet KFR's response to them is that he will not give them their accoutns back but if they want to purchces another account they can because he wasnt going to IP ban them... Well gee he didnt IP ban them in the first place becuase they never logged in using a test client I did. This is not rationalizing, this is telling it how it is... Im fine with the ban even though it was unfair, whats worse is what happen to those players that didnt do anything yet were banned for it.

P.S. bring up that number of NPC's by perhaps 4x. And also all the stolen goods. Im sure we put a pretty nice dent. Oh and thank you for praising us we know we are missed.

My own guild found, by accident, what we thought might be an exploit a couple weeks ago.  We sent word nobody was to use the technique until we got developer confirmation.  We got polite replies from two developers within a couple days that what we found was mathematically possible and correct and to proceed.  Easy.

I honestly wish the same constraint had been used last year by players on the barbarian side.  After several waves of bannings and sympathetic innocents also leaving the game in anger last year, this past weekend, we had to resort to destroying crops to try and get some barbarians to come fight us.  All dressed up and nobody to rumble with.

On a positive note, I did scout around the barbarian starter town of Erring a few days ago and the level of activity I saw there is higher than I have ever seen it.  Perhaps a resurgence is underway.

I'm glad barbs aren't fighting anymore. They don't need to be content for your propaganda. Go play soldier with bandits. Last I heard fighting Brudei and his picts was the most fun ever for you romans. I'm sure fighting NPCs is more of a match for you guys anyway.

Seriously, Maur...you have got to go get help.  It's not even funny anymore.  Your delusions of grandeur have gone beyond gross exagerration into the realm of just lying. 

4x that number of NPCs?  You have to be kidding.  Hell, Rhiannon alone killed more 18th NPCs than your entire guild combined.   You personally were only on the 18th board what, three times before getting banned?  One time you guys killed a single NPC before being killed right where you stood (except Nassau, who ran away).  Another time the 12-man raid got completely wiped out.  The last time I'm not even sure if you killed any NPCs at all. 

Stolen goods?  You guys took a few metal components out of furnaces, Maur.  A noob can do as much in 2 minutes.  You never made any "big score" of loot, and you know it.  You guys never could do anything other than hide in haystacks and try to ambush people.  You guys were incompetent as raiders AND as thieves.  The biggest challenge you presented was chasing you down when you were running away, or trying to locate you before you logged out to avoid facing fighters. 

The Lucii were a minor annoyance.  There have been barbarian guilds that have fought the 18th and made a good account of themselves, even winning regularly.  Unfortunately, your guild was not one of them.  The only time the Lucii were a part of anything significant was if you happened to be extra manpower for a real guild like The Hundred, when they were around. 

Romans supporting your fight against the 18th?  Of course we know that Augir will suck off anyone if it means protecting his own stuff, but you tell lies here like no one knows any better.  Roman guilds at the time you got banned were the 18th, PI, Consensio, and Honoratus.  There was no one else.  Did you completely forget that I actually play the game, that I was THERE?

And if you are going to try to tell me that Consensio and Honoratus supported you, then you are a liar (as if I didn't already know that).  So guess what?  You had no support from any Romans except Augir, plain and simple.  So no, Maur, it was NOT many more than just the one I'm thinking of.

You can try to pull that crap with people who have no clue one way or the other, but don't try to pull it with me.  There were no secret partners in your war against the 18th.  It is all crap you have created to appear like you have some kind of community support.  You don't now, nor did you ever.

And sorry to tell you, little buddy...you may wish the 18th was a joke, but everyone who has ever played the game knows better, whether they like the 18th or hate them.  The 18th has been the dominant military force in RV for probably 75% of the time since the game was released.  We have been a major force in every aspect of the game (combat, crafting, politics, roleplay, etc.), unlike the Lucii.  With about 10 player-run Roman military units, one does not rise to the top and stay there by being a joke, or by being poorly-led, even if you don't like the leader. 

Being a joke would probably lead to something like almost an entire guild getting banned because their leader was too stupid to stop cheating at some point...oh wait, that would be YOUR guild, wouldn't it?

ROFL it amazes me how narrow minded you are Vlad, thinking that were was not more then just augir actually supporting the Lucii.. LOL you are blind i must say very blind, you have allies who wanted you dead. So please I was there too and I dont have to make anything up as its all truth, the 18th was hated and thats not becuase they were on top like you say, also the 18th didnt become anything till they got the entire roman legions to merge with them in the begining... Something the Lucii never had to do to get where they were... We had one merger with a former member of ours and few of his friends but that was bound to happen. And yes vlad we killed 4x the number you proposed... did you forget the 8 solder npcs you brought to Botach? Oh wait you are going to bring up that that wasnt 18th money that was one person that is not even 18th anymore lol. Guess what he was when we caused you guys that pain, and you as well as him died in that... We never ran as you say, lets tell people why we ran if anything, when the 18th was always peeing their pants to fight an even battle... when the 18th only ran around with 1 -3 npcs attached to their hips... We were always standing neck and neck when the tide was even. So please dont try spreading your praperganda here also Vlad you are nothing just like always and only try to think you are so that you can acttually sleep better at night, like you are some type of god.

The "entire Roman legions" did not merge with the 18th.  There were only 2 under strength player legions in the entire game: the 28th and the 24th.  Those two guilds combined to CREATE the 18th.  No other "legion" has ever merged with the 18th.  2 groups of players decided that they were better off making a new unit together.  Maybe you don't keep up, but there are now FOUR player legions, including the 18th.

Your statements are false: no other legions have ever merged with the 18th.  I think maybe you were playing a different game.

That is NOT what made the 18th into "something," as you well know.  The 18th became something by winning battles and bringing strong roleplaying to the game.  Any idiot who has ever led a guild (except you, apparently) knows that a guild does not rise to the top by accident.  It takes organization, teamwork, setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals, and strength of purpose.  The fact that you think it is so simple is probably why your guild was never more than a minor player in RV.  Even numbers do not make a guild "become something."

There is also another major difference: your guild was created by you solely so that you could be in charge of something.  That is not true of the 18th.  The 18th was not created BY ME.  It was created by a group of players.  Even now, all major decisions are made by the entire officer corps as a group, rather than by me personally.  Some issues are even decided by vote of the entire guild. 

The 18th is not a guild about ME.  It is a guild that is about it's MEMBERS.  That is key to its success.

The fact that your purpose in RV was simply to cost other players as much of their real money as possible is a good indication of what type of guild the Lucii were, and what type of player you were.  When you can't beat your in-game enemies in head-to-head combat in the game, and instead turn to making your gameplay solely about costing other players as much real money as possible, even to the point of judging your success by it, it says something about you.  It is a pretty clear statement about your personal character, or lack thereof.

Your struggle to be relevant has reached the point where it is just sad.  The topic that was started to warn cheaters such as you that they will be punished has simply become you trying to be relevant, and continuing to fight battles that you and your dead guild cannot fight in the game itself.  The conversation became stupid many posts ago, and I apologize to readers for my part in that.
