You don't need the pack to subscribe to SWG though.  If you've done the trial, simply login to the Accounts Page, go to your Subscriptions, click Change and add your payment details there.  You'll get access to all expansion minus Trials of Obi-Wan plus a chip that will give you double XP when ever you use it.  The trial can be found at www.tryswg.com if you haven't yet done it.

Thing is about EVE Online its actually a good game and people play that game and thier sub numbers are rising cant say that about SWG though which $OE never gives out population numbers at all....

I just went to a gamestop and I had this post in mind, so I go to the guy and say "Do you guys carry SWG?"

and his reply was "Whats a 'SWG' ?"

and this other dude came up and said "Sorry about that... no we dont, we havent gotten a copy of that game for quiet some time now.... WE DO HOWEVER CARRY WORLD OF WARCRAFT"

People who push WoW onto people should be shot. I ripped a salesguy in ebgames a new one for suggesting WoW to me last time I was in when I went to pre-order Conan, though the wait for Darkfall is still killing me. SWG hasn't had a box for atleast a year when they released the total experience at the beggining of 07.

games no longer for sale, they do that when they close down

I love how folks have to blast back on Obraik because they have no intelligent repsonse to refute him. Of course I would be a bit terse myself if I had to continually respond to blatant attempts to flame me not on the validity of what I wrote, but due to who I supposedly was in their crazed minds.

It's not a special title for him, its called a Forum Title. Folks that actually contribute meaningful, thought out, non-conspiracy theoried, doomsday for <insert MMO> every 6 months articles to this site are rewarded. I know, call them crazy, rewarding folks to bring something useful to the site rather than hate and bashing. What a concept eh?
