Well I prefer games that do not force me to use my keyboard to move.  I like using my mouse.  I think having the keyboard for movement is a nice option but should not be required.

I also used to play Final Fantasy - but no longer.

Sure, I bought the games, but I'd just prefer to 'not play them' vice be forced to learn how to move using keys.

Nice graphics, looked like good play...

deb :)

Try using a logitech gamepad - you can assign anything to anything, works really well for movement

I really hope the new classes will be fun.The current ones in my opinion are very bland and generic.Maybe part of it is because of the combat.Seems too...delayed between using abilities.Thats whats good about wow's combat, lots of instant attacks.Makes me feel like im actually controlling my character,Feels like an action RPG kinda.I guess some people like a slower paced combat tho, and like a more conservative take on classes and abilities. Some of it is also due to lore too I suppose.Cant make too many flashy ablities and spells. Also, I hope this expansion will have more areas then just a big underground mine.I prefer plains and forests, etc. then underground areas. Also, I hope they add more PVP stuff.Expand the moores, maybe add more ablilities or monsters to play, more objectives and quests.Despite the games weaknesses, it was pretty fun for me, maybe if WAR and AOC turn out bad, I'll try this game out again.

I'm confused by this - I ONLY use the mouse to move - right hand on mouse doing 100% of movement control, left hand on the hot keys for combat.  I've never used ASDF in LOTRO, the mouse controls they implemented are so much more responsive and more intuitive...

When scary things get scared, that's bad...

Games Played:
Ultima Online
Legend of Ares
Cronous
LOTR (currently lvl50 Hunter)

I think keeping the classes basic to start is a good idea. At least until they have the characters the way they want them. There have been many changes to skills and such because they are still tweaking. If they made the classes complicated to start then there would probably be much more bugs to fix.

Albeit it has been a year, you still see modifications to skills and stuff

Hopefully with the 2 new classes, there will be lots of people rolling them so there will be lots of low level people when the xpack comes out.will make picking up the game again a lot easier when theres people to actally group with down low.
