Even though they have not released info on payment yet but I can easily guess that its not going to be F2P and going to have a monthly subscription fee which I will be glad about. At least I hope its going to be P2P. |

Stargate Worlds is such a massive project, and well built, that it would be stupidity and madness to turn this game into a F2P game.
-It will be Pay to Play, and has been stated as such.

Draga is correct, Stargate worlds is such a large MMO and well placed that it will NOT be Free to Play.
If your looking for a F2P game, the Asian grind games or Guild wars are the only thing you'll find in F2P games. Thankfully, Stargate worlds will be Pay to Play so this won't be an issue for the gater fans! |

yea there is no possible way it can not be a p2p plus the game is so gonna be worth paying for even if software and monthly pay is needed just looking at the screenshots makes me eager |

There was a huge discussion on the official forum's about this, from what i got out of it is that it will be pay to play just like 90% of all other games made and released in the USA, this isn't from korea so it won't be a free game :P From all the development this game has been through in the last few years i sure hope it isn't free because that will just ruin it imo, hopefully it actually releases semi close to the date they have now in Q4 2008, personally i would pay a higher subscription fee if it lives upto its name, and not bomb like TR and a lot of the new MMO's released in the last few years, promising a ton of stuff and delivering little to none :P |

Since it is another C2K (for all of you who dunno this is Click 2 kill) then it is going as far down as many others before have..... if someone made a MMOFPS then it would be unique and more would play it..... besides there is always wow to play if you like P2P and click to kill..... |
