Who would've guessed. :) "While monitoring the progress of the patch deployment, a database issue came to light that we felt was important to address as quickly as possible. In order to ensure the best quality patch possible for our players, the estimated time for the downtime has been potentially extended as we correct that issue. Restoration of service could happen as late as tomorrow afternoon but may be as soon as this evening."

Yeah, I just saw... and I forgot to switch skills late last night to one that would cover more than 24 hours. Although, losing 10-20 hours is pretty insignificant in the greater scheme of being a player since '04. |

Yeah... not thinking that the 14 hour patch time would be extended, I too will be out some training time. If they extend to tomorrow afternoon... could be damn near 24 hours of no skill training. Being a newb, I probably should have planned for a longer one... guess I will learn for the next extended maintenance. |

They said the latest is tomorrow, it could be this evening or later tonight. They are obliged because even if they think there is only a small chance of being delayed till tomorrow they would want to cover themselves in case the worst happened. |

This time they will delete boot.ini, and replace it with start.ini.

everyone seems to be talking about a possibility of DT extended to tomorrow lunch, where did you hear this? I cant see anything on message of day and the forums are down. |
