So not really knowing how dependant players were on the decon of named mob drops i found it rather odd all the complaints that named mobs dropped BOP items and BOP items could no longer be deconstructed. This being said i think honestly this was in the long run a good choice for the developers to have taken... bear with me but lets think about this. Hardly any decent low level items are on the Auction for prices that new players can purchase. Most sell for 2-5 gold and thats level 5-10 weapons/armor. Obviously there has been a huge inflation to the game and that has been cornered by the whole rarity of decon items/dusts. Now from what i read there seems to be a larger chance to get those from harvesting and from normal non named mobs. With a larger amount of these items avail the prices should start dropping if crafters want to sell there items. I could be totally off base here but this is how i see it. Character customization basically was removed from the game in fact it has less then alot of F2P games. This is also suppossedly implemented with a plan in mind to revamp the character models to make them less tazxng on systems and allow for tails and the new helmets to be added. While i find this a lazy excuse and i think this could have been implemented in a more pleasing way to the public, if the end result is better looking models with better performance, i am willing to let my toon look generic for awhile. Who knows with Tails i might want to play my Raki Disc. The whole getting knocked off your mount while casting beneficial buffs is as was stated several times, a bug not intended. For some reason alot of players have a hard time reading things, heres hoping some get there eyes checked. As for getting bumped off when attacked, well until there is real mounted combat i think it should be expected, plus how many have the stability horseshoes ? I know all i have are the speed increase horseshoes. I feel GU4 was a good update and i know alot of the players see it as ruin for how they made a ingame living. I am sure these players will adapt to the new changes and might even find it easier now. Anyhow flame me all you want, i am here to enjoy the game with friends and i will play the games i want to even if its just me and 5 others.

I think GU4 is great. Especially with the enormous amount of bug fixes and performance tweaks. The've fixed crashing when alt-tabbing out for example... that is the very last crash bug I had. BoP is necessary, I liked working the market, moving items and stuff, but the deconstruction thing had gotten out of control and was taking away content from lower level players. Dismount when casting needs to be fixed. Hopefully a hot fix in a day or two as other patch bugs get discovered. Face customization was a necessary step too. The long and short of it is, you could make countless adjustments to your face and up close you could see the differences, but as 5 meters it was hard to notice the difference. All that customization cost a lot of performance. Going forward, the plan to re-introduce different customization options that make a bigger difference on looks, but that don't require so much processing power is a good idea. All in all, seems like a great patch to me. |

Is the drop rate of crafting items while harvesting a bug? I was out skilling up a bit and in an hour got enough dust/powder to armorsmith up several full sets of tin/iron armor of varying styles. 5 of the items I got in that hour used to be rare selling for over 20 gold. |

I think it is a bug, but hmm.. not gonna complain right now.. i think the decons have had the market cornered for long enough, would be nice to not feel like a poor S.O.B all the time. If it stays this way then fine with me, we can finally start getting common well made crafted items that do not cost as much as a house. |

It''s one thing to have a opinion, but enforcing one is unconstitutional. |

GU4 is decent, but it sucked the fun out of my Lich necro for now. Half the reason I chose Lich was because I wanted to look like a badass Skeleton, but now when I'm in my bone form, I can't use hats (no biggie, they are ugly anyways) nor can I wear a hood (this is bad). I looked way more sinister when I had my hood on with my Lich necro, and I didn't notice it back then, but now I've just noticed that the skull head is tiny compared to the body so that it looks comical. So much for being an intimidating Necromancer, bah. |
