I'm thinking of reactivating my account. I left about 3 months ago, I have a 17ish Disciple on Sartok... Has the population increased at all? Or is it still a ghost town? Can anyone tell me if the population on Seradon is any good in comparison to Sartok? Is this game WORTH coming back to?? |

I play on Xeth and the population has greatly improved. Fairly easy to get a group. I dont PvP, so I am not sure of about Sartok. I heard the population on Seradon is very good. There have been a lot of bug fixes and performance improvments. I think its worth it. |

Seradon is amazing. Groups going all the time, starting around your level. Lots of nice guilds too that will recruit you and help you level. |

It''s one thing to have a opinion, but enforcing one is unconstitutional. |
Well PVP servers = LOW while every other server = Medium and this is at peak hours. So the choice is up to you. But game still plays like crap I was hoping this changed by now but hasn't. Or its just that it doesn't liket o play on 64bit vista. I would think 4gb of ram would be a decent amount of ram to play this game without low FPS on a graphical setting that I desire for the system that i have which by numbers should play this pile. I still want vanguard to be a good game but it has yet to answer what i want it too. So i will keep playing EQ2 until EQ3 comes out for my fantasy play. |

If you're waiting for AoC...don't bother. PvP, the supposed focus of the game is completely unbalanced. Conversely, the game is tiny, PvE content is minimal, and raids are as far as i know non-existent. One might ask, what does the game have? Solo content 1-20.
I'm enjoying vanguard; but the only way you'll know if you like its current revision is if you actually try it.

Oh and if you've played on test you'll know how great a performance increase groups and raids will receive when gu4 hits live. Man all they have do to is fix hitching in gu5 and i might be able to run on highest settings. |

With all the improvements and whatnot to game play, and ebonlores forced disband sartok has gotten alot better. For both those reasons alot of people have started up playing again and there are alot of new faces in the crowd. |

If you're basing your assumption of the game being a "ghost town" off a few days of play in lowbie areas, consider: most people rerolling just solo through the newbie levels (1-15ish). Oh, and the game has, what, 19 races? There are less starting areas then races, but the newbie population is still going to be pretty spread out until they get funneled into the first set of major dungeons (CIS and ruins of trengal keep). To be fair, newbies sometimes have trouble finding the dungeons because they're used to the WoW style of placing dungeons on your map. The best way to find out where you should be lfg is by asking. If you're lfg in chat and with the lfg feature for a popular dungeon, you can easily get a group. If you're hoping that someone else in your zone will help you with x solo quest...well, gl. |

I would wait a couple of weeks. Game Update 4 goes live tomorrow. There's some unpopular stuff in it. |
